Karol Renee spent 4 years as the primary caregiver for her husband Robert while he was dying of cancer—all while working full-time as an executive at a Fortune 500 company.
During that time, she found a home while homeless and transformed it" so he could die with dignity in a home, not a hospital.
For thirteen years, she didn't tell this story. She buried it under work, productivity, and forward motion. She built a career, led teams, created a division that's now being replicated company-wide.
But some stories refuse to stay buried.
Today, through her platform Soulutions with Karol, she helps others turn lived experience—especially pain and loss—into purpose and power. She writes, speaks, and teaches from experience, not theory.
